Company Risk Intervention
Health and safety issues which are putting your company at risk are identified both by direct assessment and through client feedback. Through face-to-face discussions, the nurse and the client decide which interventions are most appropriate and achievable on an individual basis. As common needs among the employees are identified, it may be appropriate to provide educational classes or to bring in outside resources, such as a dietitian, to address a company-wide problem.
These company risk factors are continually evaluated, with feedback given as to how we are decreasing the incidence and/or severity of problems. Our health risk appraisal lets us take the process a little further by allowing us to actually project how much certain poor employee health practices are affecting your company’s bottom line. From that point, we can then follow the reduction in cost over time as positive changes are made.
