Client Data Management

Client data is maintained in a confidential manner, but still available to that individual should information be needed. As the participant progresses through our program, all of their present and past data is just a password away.

The information is available, not just in a table format, but also in the form of graphs showing changes over the time of participation in the program. This can be a very helpful motivational tool as it points out trends regarding their health risks. The Visit History Summary Form is a valuable tool the clients can use to communicate their health screening information with their Personal Healthcare Provider.
