Because the programs we offer at Peak Health stratify the participants into phases based on their level of risk, these provide an excellent criteria to determine what, if any, company incentives are earned. Some companies may offer incentives merely for participation, which works especially well as a new program is being introduced.

Our IT services include management of these client incentives, with the availability of interfacing with your company payroll to provide automated adjustments. Through regularly-scheduled evaluations with the nurse, each person has an opportunity to improve his or her status in the wellness program on a timely basis, and our IT department has the capability of handling each update for you.
