Our nurses train extensively to understand your health and wellness ecosystem so they can educate participants and refer them to other benefit offerings they may not be using to maximize your investment in these programs. This combination of your ecosystem and claims data allows Peak Health to maximize results with a personalized approach to each participant in ways that a primary care physician cannot. And yet, Peak Health is highly complementary with medical care. Our nurses frequently refer participants to see their doctor (or get a doctor if they don’t have one) so that they can get medical issues addressed and under control.

Where other behavioral change and wellness coaching programs are exclusively remote, we offer high-touch onsite testing and coaching. In addition to online platforms to engage with nurse coaches, we believe meeting employees where they are in health and life yields the greatest and most effective results so our nurses can travel to your office locations to connect with employees in person.
We also take coaching proactively. We don't just wait for people to reach out to us. Based on their health risk, we proactively schedule nurse visits to ensure accountability and provide a pace of encouragement that helps people meet their goals.
