These quantifiable metrics speak for themselves
With Peak Health, your workforce ascends to new heights
We track success in numerous ways to ensure we are getting the best results for our clients: changes in modifiable health risk factors, ROI, behaviors, claims metrics, and impact on chronic conditions.

Results: Behavioral Impact Beyond Incentives
Case Study Nurse coaching increased completion of healthy actions which were already incentivized
Results: Claims Metrics
Peak Health closes the loop with actual claims metrics to demonstrate program impact. Across multiple clients, we see that claims metrics are better for participants vs non-participants.
Participants have lower composite risk scores (based on age, gender, diagnoses, and claims) despite having higher or similar demographic risk (based on age and gender only) as non-participants.
Non-participants have significantly more admissions and ER visits than participants, and fewer office visits. Participants are likely closing their gaps in care.
Participants have a lower average annual predicted cost than non-participants
Results: Impact on chronic conditions
It's not just what we say. 3rd parties have validated our results.
According to The Validation Institute:
"Groups that use Peak Health's Risk Reduction program have a lower frequency of hospital admissions and emergency department visits for common chronic conditions than similar groups that do not offer the program.
The chronic conditions are asthma, coronary artery disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension."
