The Peak Health Services (“Peak Health”) Statement of Online Privacy Practices (“SOPP”) describes the use of the public facing website peakhealthservices.net and how your information is used while visiting our site. We do not retain any of your personal data and we do not track any activity on the site, therefore no opt-outs are being provided. This SOPP does not cover the customer portal, which already has its own policy for use and access.
